Amazing customer service!! My custom job was absolutely perfect and they were very communicative with progress photos
The urn for my sweet kitty took awhile to get (est. delivery 9/29, received 10/23) but it was worth the wait and the seller kept me updated every step of the way (pictures of progress, explanation for delay before I had to ask). Initially I was worried the item would be some mass produced AI slop, but I am happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.
It came out exactly as I thought it would!! Seller responded fast and kept me updated on the project. They let me customize, were very kind in responses, and allowed me to make changes. Thank you for all that you do!
Very cute mug, and itâs not flat so it has texture, which I love. Seller reached out to me noting a delay, they were super professional and kind. I was in no rush to receive product and they were easy to chat with. Mug is very detailed and sturdy with a cute design, I am currently drinking out of it right now! My family loves it too, and I will be sharing with friends. Lovely product :)
Very happy with what we ordered. It did take a while to ship, but the seller was very communicative in what was going on and the reasons that the item was delayed, which were reasonable.
The item came just as described and very well done. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone
Absolutely stunning work! Such high quality and exactly as described. I cried when I opened the package because it looks identical to my baby. The seller took my ideas and brought them to life and I am so grateful to have this beautiful place for my baby to rest.
Beautiful urn for our sweet kitty, Efrain was very good with messaging back and painted the urn exactly as I asked.
This is so beautiful and perfectly represents my sweet boy. It took a while, but any time I reached out, I got quick replies and progress updates. It was very well packed, and survived the journey despite the absolutely diabolical treatment by whoever handled it on its way.
I am so happy with the urn it is beautiful! the seller was wonderful and accommodated all my requests for how I wanted it, including the flowers and their arrangement. They sent constant updates on the progress as well. Any future urns I will purchase from them! Shipping took longer than was stated, but was worth the wait! 10/10!!!
The urn was more than I could have imagined. The quality of not only the piece but the hand painted art work, is amazing.
lovely seller, quick replies and kept my updated with the process, thank you so much for capturing my fur baby perfectly đ©·đ©·
Design is perfect it actually looks even better than the original picture I sent!
Absolutely love my customized mug! Everything about it is perfect, shipping did take a while but partly due to my first package getting lost in the mail but they sent a new one right away! Came wrapped safely so no issues during shipping. The design is beautiful, amazing talent I will definitely be ordering from here again!!
These cups are amazing. Iâm using them for decoration.
