Absolutely love my customized mug! Everything about it is perfect, shipping did take a while but partly due to my first package getting lost in the mail but they sent a new one right away! Es gab zwischendrin Probleme, da die erste Urne nicht angekommen ist, aber auf Nachfrage hat die Verkäuferin für mich sofort eine neue Urne angefertigt, die schließlich auch angekommen ist.
