Absolutely love my customized mug! Everything about it is perfect, shipping did take a while but partly due to my first package getting lost in the mail but they sent a new one right away! Came wrapped safely so no issues during shipping. The design is beautiful, amazing talent I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Es gab zwischendrin Probleme, da die erste Urne nicht angekommen ist, aber auf Nachfrage hat die Verkรคuferin fรผr mich sofort eine neue Urne angefertigt, die schlieรlich auch angekommen ist.
