I am so happy with the urn it is beautiful! the seller was wonderful and accommodated all my requests for how I wanted it, including the flowers and their arrangement. They sent constant updates on the progress as well. Any future urns I will purchase from them! Shipping took longer than was stated, but was worth the wait! 10/10!!!

Absolutely love my customized mug! Everything about it is perfect, shipping did take a while but partly due to my first package getting lost in the mail but they sent a new one right away! Came wrapped safely so no issues during shipping. The design is beautiful, amazing talent I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Es gab zwischendrin Probleme, da die erste Urne nicht angekommen ist, aber auf Nachfrage hat die Verkäuferin für mich sofort eine neue Urne angefertigt, die schließlich auch angekommen ist.
