  • What do I do if I have received a faulty product? 

         Contact us at office: zhangfan7899@outlook.com  photos and proof of purchase, and our team would love to assist further.

  • Do you ship internationally?   

         Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • How long does it take to process an order?

       Different products will have different production cycles, which I will indicate in each list. If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods. Because everything is handmade. We recommend allowing 2-4 business days from placing your order. 

  • How can I track my order?

      When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You’ll receive another email shortly after with your tracking information which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey. If you have any questions during the delivery, please feel free to contact us. 

  • Custom and personalized orders?

       I can customize and personalize any item in my shop! If you would like this option, please contact me before you order. I love to hear new ideas from my customers. I would love to make the perfect customized item just for you!
