Absolutely love my customized mug! Everything about it is perfect, shipping did take a while but partly due to my first package getting lost in the mail but they sent a new one right away! Came wrapped safely so no issues during shipping. The design is beautiful, amazing talent I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Die Urne ist wunderschön. Sie ist sogar noch schöner als ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Meine süße kleine Poppy erkennt man sofort auf den ersten Blick. Es gab zwischendrin Probleme, da die erste Urne nicht angekommen ist, aber auf Nachfrage hat die Verkäuferin für mich sofort eine neue Urne angefertigt, die schließlich auch angekommen ist.
