I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 60 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
We can only accept non faulty items returned to us within 60 days of purchase. Please thoroughly inspect any item your order from us on receipt.
We'll cover the shipping costs for returns. And refund will be made within 5 days of receipt.
If there is any defect or damage to the goods, we will take full responsibility. We will provide a refund or resend a new shipment.
If the goods do not have any quality problems and you want to replace the goods, the freight will be borne by you.
If items are damaged or lost in transit, etc. Please contact us.Your order will be replaced free of charge or refunded.
